WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Footwear doesn't fit?
It's simple; we will happily exchange your boots for free. Naturally returned footwear needs to be in 'as new' condition, including the original packaging, the innersoles, the original proof of purchase, and must be in perfect condition. Please note we do not cover shipping or freight costs. You must contact us for return instructions prior to returning the goods to us. We offer a few return options that may suit you for a quick and painless exchange. Please see our Refund, Exchange and Delivery Policy for details

Changed your mind about your purchase, or don’t like what you purchased?
We will happily refund the purchase price less a 10% processing fee as long as the products are returned within 14 days of purchase, including the original packaging, the original proof of purchase, and are be in perfect condition. Please note we do not cover shipping or freight costs. Please see our Refund, Exchange and Delivery Policy for details.

Refund, Exchange and Delivery Policy

Other than wrongly supplied or faulty goods, the cost of returning all products is borne by the purchaser. Prior to the return of any wrongly supplied, faulty, return or exchange products, purchasers must receive authorization and direction for any such return from returns@australiadirect.com Failure to follow directions will incur refusal of the goods and/or costs associated with the products return.

Refund and Replacements

If the product supplied is proven to be faulty by its manufacturer, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the product purchase price at our sole discretion. The product must be returned within 60 days along with the original proof of purchase. Manufacturers warranty may exceed this time frame, so please contact us for assistance. A 10% exchange fee will be charged for all 'Change of Mind' purchases. Please note no refund or replacement is offered on, Care, Sale, Buy-in, Discontinued or Sample products. Customers must provide full contact and credit card details with their returned goods. Please note as the majority of Drizabone clothing, RM Williams boots and Akubras are made to order, and are Buy-in items and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered if the goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase, including the original packaging, the original proof of purchase, and must be in perfect condition. We will, at our sole discretion determine whether the goods are returned in perfect condition. Size exchange of the same style and color is offered without charge. A 10% exchange fee will be charged for all 'Change of Mind' purchases. Redelivery charges will apply to all exchanges. No exchange is offered on Worn, Customized, Buy-in, Care, Sale or Sample products. Customers must provide full contact and credit card details with their returned goods. Please note as the majority of Drizabone clothing, RM Williams boots and Akubras are made to order, and are Buy-in items and cannot be exchanged.

Delivery

Goods are delivered via Australia Post, Fedex, UPS or our other nominated carriers. If the goods ordered are in stock, delivery will generally be within 3-5 working days. If goods need to be obtained from a supplier, we aim to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of their progress. We do our best to ship your items in such a way to avoid any duties and taxes, however this in not guaranteed. Should local taxes and duties be payable the buyer will be responsible for the payment of these charges.
